What is a veneer panel?
1. Veneer panels are surface layers made by slicing thin sheets of wood, stone, metal, and other materials, which are then adhered to baseboards such as plywood, fiberboard, or particleboard and hot-pressed into shape.
2. What is solid wood veneer?
Solid wood veneer panels enhance environmental friendliness, significantly reducing on-site painting pollution during construction. They are convenient to use, have minimal waste, and offer aesthetic appeal. Originally, all veneer surfaces requiring painting in on-site renovation projects—such as doors, door frames, window frames, baseboards, wall wood trims, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets—now undergo precise finishing processes in the factory. These components are then delivered to the site for assembly.
Solid wood veneer panels are made by using high-quality wood species such as red beech and cherry, with imported solid wood veneers that are 0.3 mm thick as the wood finish. These veneers are firmly bonded to the template substrate through a complex manufacturing process involving 160-ton pressure and high temperatures of 250 degrees Celsius.
